Vizzutti - Excursions for Trumpet and Piano with CD

Description

Allen Vizzutti's Excursions is for Intermediate level Trumpet, & has 8 exciting 'musical journeys' for trumpet & piano accompaniment. On each of these trips, the trumpeter has to face a special trumpet-specific challenge. This could be using various mutes, looking at ways to correct intonation, or adding ornaments. On the enclosed CD, the trumpet part was recorded live by Allen Vizzutti: for each piece an accompaniment to play-along with is also provided.
