Graham Sheen writes: "Five Bagatelles for solo bassoon were written on a European tour in 2011 & were completed in the space of only 6 days. Following my 5 Concert Studies, an extensive & challenging work, I decided to write a much more concise set of characteristic miniatures, each lasting little more than a single page but remaining a whole & structured piece. The Bagatelles may be played singly, in groups or complete, & in an order chosen by the performer". c. Grade 7- 8 standard.
