This set of pieces by Mike Cornick for alto (Eb) saxophone + piano accompaniment consists of three movements; the outer movements have an up-tempo Latin American feel whilst the central slow movement is in the style of a Tango. It was composed for Mark Walton, the much respected New Zealand-born clarinettist/saxophonist, composer, arranger & educator. UE, 2016. Set for ABRSM Examination from 2022 onwards Alto / Baritone Saxophone Grade 6 (List C: 1st mvt)
