Philip Catelinet's piece for tuba (or baritone or euphonium - treble + bass clef solo parts included) + piano accompaniment is c. Grade 5 level. With the beautifully melodic & sonorous outer sections contrasted effectively against the rather more energetic central theme, this piece would work well in a recital programme. ABRSM, 1980.
