Handel - Spring - voice + piano

Description

This Curwen Archive edition of Handel's "Spring" for voice + piano accompaniment includes 2 keys in one binding - D (c#'-e") & E (d#'-f#"). The piece was originally the aria "La Speranza e Guinta" from Handel's opera "Ottone" (Otho), & in the 1920s it was edited by Arthur Somervell as one of 10 arias he arranged with new English lyrics, & bears no resemblance to a translation of the original text.
