Description

William Mathias' 1952 Sonata for violin + piano accompaniment, written in the summer between the end of his 6th form studies at Whitland Grammar School & starting Aberystwyth University in the autumn. This is its first publication, though it was recorded by Sara Trickey & Iwan Llewellyn-Jones in 2010 from the manuscript held at LLGC / National Library of Wales. Tŷ Cerdd TCS002, 2016.
