Edward Bairstow's Prelude, Elegy + Toccata-Prelude for organ with pedals of 1911. Bairstow's career spanned the whole strata of provincial musical life from choral society to music festival, & encompassed organ playing, writing, teaching, conducting, accompanying, lecturing, composing & adjudicating as well as looking after the busy musical life of York Minster where he served as Organist & Master of the Choristers from 1913 until his death in 1946. Set for ABRSM Examination 2015 onwards Organ Grade 8 (List B: Toccata-Prelude)
