Description
Mozart's Oboe Concerto K314 (285d) is here reduced for oboe + piano accompaniment by Frank de Bruine in the Barenreiter Urtext edition. In addition to an Urtext oboe solo part this publication includes a performance part prepared by de Bruine. Given the close relationship between Mozart's D flute concerto & the original concerto for oboe, a reference score has been included with the Urtext oboe part set above the Urtext flute part transposed to C major. With this, performers have the opportunity to compare the versions and make qualified decisions on articulation based on the reliable Urtext of the New Mozart Edition edited by Martin Schelhaas. Set for ABRSM Examination 2022 onwards Oboe Grade 8 (List B: 2nd mvt) & DipABRSM (1st + 2nd mvts) + LRSM + FRSM + LTCL + FTCL (complete).
